Returns

For most cases, I will not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Depending on the circumstance, I may consider further options if you are completely dissatisfied with my product. All claims must be made through correspondence within 7 days or delivery.

* If I choose to accept a return, you are responsible for return shipping cost. Your refund will be your purchased amount, minus shipping fees & any other fees/ taxes that generate.

Before purchasing a ring please know your size, there will be no exchanges for a different size. I take time to be descriptive as possible for easy and knowledgeable purchasing.

Repairs and Polishing Services

Things happen, if you need your jewelry repaired, I would be happy to discuss options with you. I do offer polishing services for electroformed items. Any shipping charges for repairs or polishing service will be at the expense of the customer.

Privacy Policy

Witch Hazel will never sell your information. Any information gathered by Witch Hazel Collective will be used solely for the purposes of delivering your items to you.

International Shipping

 Please allow 1-8 weeks for international delivery.

International Shipping is a flat rate cost, however, if the shipping costs amount to less than the flat rate cost charged at checkout, a refund will be issues for the difference.

 I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages but, I will do everything in my power to help you track it down.
